NEW YORK, Nov. 18, 2015 /PRNewswire/ -- IAC/InterActiveCorp ("IAC") and Match Group, Inc. ("Match Group"), a wholly-owned subsidiary of IAC, announced today the pricing of Match Group's initial public offering ("IPO") of 33,333,333 shares of its common stock at a price to the public of $12.00 per share. In addition, Match Group has granted underwriters a 30-day option to purchase an additional 5,000,000 shares at the initial public offering price, less underwriting discounts and commissions. The shares are expected to begin trading on November 19, 2015 on the NASDAQ Global Select Stock Market under the ticker symbol "MTCH."
The offering is expected to close on or about November 24, 2015, subject to customary closing conditions.
