Award-Winning Photographer Alex Majoli Will Add to Exhibit By Capturing
     Real-Time Images of Couples That Day on the Streets of New York

   WHAT:   Match.com, the world's largest online relationship site, and
           Magnum Photos, the famed collective of photojournalists, present
           a dynamic photo exhibit of love and romance displayed on the
           1,300-square-foot digital billboard over New York's Port
           Authority terminal.

           The larger-than-life, outdoor exhibit features dozens of romantic
           images in rotation by legendary photographers, including Henri
           Cartier-Bresson, Elliott Erwitt and Eve Arnold, among others.
           The rarely seen iconic photographs reveal the power of love --
           its joys, its complexities, its laughter and tears -- among
           people young and old from around the world, including
           recognizable subjects such as Ingrid Bergman, Brigitte Bardot,
           Ava Gardner and Marilyn Monroe.

           To help bring the exhibit to life on the street, noted Italian
           photographer Alex Majoli, the 2004 National Press Photographers
           Association OPC Photojournalist of the Year and a frequent
           contributor to Vanity Fair, Newsweek and The New York Times, will
           take photographs of couples passing by the exhibit.  These
           couples will then be immortalized, as their photographs become
           part of the exhibit in real time.  Approximately 1.5 million
           pedestrians are expected to pass by the Port Authority terminal
           building on Valentine's Day.
